All Sales Final

Due to the personal nature of haircare and wigs, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Contact us within  24 hours with photos and your order number.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or store credit if approved.

Custom Wigs

Custom-made wigs are handcrafted and non-refundable. Adjustments may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

 Processing Times

  • Haircare: Ships in 2–4 business days
  • Custom Wigs: 7–21 business days, depending on design

Delivery Times

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may delay)

 Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping addresses
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
  • International buyers are responsible for customs & duties
